What is Hanok?

Hanok is a Korean Traditional house that bring the natural world inside, allowing its human residents to coexist peacefully with the complicity, beauty and spirit of nature. Hanoks are environmentally-friendly. The materials used to build a Hanok are chemical- free and Hanoks are made of wood, mixture of straw and dirt. Papers are used to cover the frames of the doors.

As Hanoks are made of natural materials, they have great breath-ability and perfect for letting the heat out  during the summer and keeping the heat inside during the winter. It also helps in the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other modern skin diseases.
